Athens is very famous for the culture of producing and loving wine. From past times till nowadays wine is largely consumed with passion in Athens. As a recommendation from my IG friends I was told that Heteroclito and Kiki de Greece are must – must wine stops in Athens. My IGfriend’s advice weren’t wrong and I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and wine choices there.
Heteroclito: Heteroclito is a place you can spent hours while enjoying good glass of wine. The selection of wine choices is broad, the pleasant staff and delightful atmosphere make perfect combination for the place to become a place worth of memory making. Heteroclito offers fine wine tasting and you can do it with outdoor seating or indoors seating in the wine bar.
Kiki de Greece: has won the certificate of excellence 2016 – 2018. Outside large and diverse wine choices, Kiki de Greece offers Mediterranean, Greek cuisine and also it is a place which is Vegetarian and Vegan friendly. Kiki de Greece is a hidden gem in the heart of Athens. Kiki de Greece has exceptional stuff which is very knowledgeable about the wine they offer.

Bobo wine bar: I recall Bobo wine bar as Wine in Athens. The cosy, warm atmosphere interconnected whit the delightful wine choices you always have a feeling wanting to go back to Bobowine bar. Bobo wine bar is an ideal place to stop by for relaxing and recharging.
Winepoint: Sophisticated was the first and the last vibe Winepoint left as a memory in me. If you are near Acropolis museum and searching for a wine bar then Winepoint is most definitely the place to be at. The diversity of Greek wine is broad.
