Full Promotion Terms and Conditions
- You must be of legal drinking age in your country to participate in the promotion

- Brands sponsoring promotions, their contributors, their family members, anyone else connected with the promotion or helping to set up the promotion shall not be permitted to enter the promotion.
- The promotion is only open to active Wine Waves subscribers of @perthwinegirl broadcast channel.
- No purchase or entry fee necessary to enter the monthly promotion.
- Instructions and details to entry for the promotion is via this notification page named Subscribers Monthly Promotion.
- Only one entry may be submitted per participant. Multiple entries will not be considered, and will invalidate all entries by the participant.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants – Incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise invalid entries will not be considered.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives in whole or in part.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice and for any reason. If there are any changes to the promotion it will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- Closing date for entry is stated on each month promotion at an Australian Western Standard Time (AWST). After this date and time no further entries to the promotion will be allowed.
- Sweepstakes winners: will be drawn at random from all valid entries. Contests winner: will be awarded based on a judging panel or a voting process. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. Promoters are not responsible for prize fulfilment nor for any technical failures. The winning entry will be verified. A list of winners will be displayed on the past winners’ page and published via the broadcast channel, Wine Waves.
- Promoter reserves the right to publish winner’s first name and city/country of residence. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- The winner will be notified by email within five days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The winner consents to providing their name, email, shipping address, and mobile contact number to the promoters for the sole purpose of enabling their prize to be delivered.
- The promoters’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotions will be final.
- By entering these promotions, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
